Phil is a veterinarian. He also runs a hog farm called Top Farms near Minco, OK. He has farmed all of his life and he really enjoys being involved in the swine industry.

For many years he has been an active part of the Oklahoma Pork Council. Phil has been on the board of directors and served as president.

This year marks Phil’s first year as member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He represents the 56th district, and he is Vice-Chairman for the House Agriculture Committee. His experience as a farmer and a veterinarian give him insight to the public policy issues that he is now dealing with every day.
